Terms of payment
I accept: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and direct debit. Customs and import fees are always born by the buyer.
Transfer with 4% discount:
As a thank you for your opposite trust, I give 4% discount on your total shopping. By using the transfer as the payment method in the purchase process (step 2), your discount will be deducted from the total invoice.

After completing your order, you will receive all necessary data in a separate e-mail. Please indicate your order number as intended purpose when transferring, so that a quick allocation can be guaranteed. The shipment of your ordered goods is only against payment in advance after receipt of payment on my account. The invoice amount must be received in full within 7 days. Until then, your order is reserved for you. Your order will be automatically canceled by me if no payment is made in our account after 7 days. Before the payment deadline, I will send you a reminder email. If you have any questions, please contact me by e-mail or via the contact form.
Shipping conditions
The shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown in the shopping cart. The goods are exclusively insured - by Deutsche Post as registered mail or by DHL as a package. Each shipment is assigned a tracking code. The shipment can be tracked with this code.

Delivery times
I ship immediately after payment. Delivery in Germany takes 2 - 4 days, within Europe usually 4 - 8 days. Worldwide, the shipping times are country-specific. The delivery time can be significantly extended by regional characteristics and costumes duties, which can not be influenced by me. The delivery period begins with the payment receipt. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
