Ordering - step by step

Choose
In the shop you can browse without registration and put your desired items without obligation in the cart. If you are already a registered customer, you can also take advantage of the "wish list".

you can find all selected items. Here you can check and change the order quantity or completely delete the item. Note: Please ensure that your order quantity matches the stock. If the order quantity is greater than the stock level, a yellow note will appear, and "Quantity not available" will appear next to the item. In this case, correct the quantity or delete the article completely.

To order
You have made a selection and can now register as a guest or a customer.

Shipping and Payment
In the first window, the shipping address can be changed if this is necessary. In the next window, select the payment method. In addition, a message can be stored in the "Notes" field (for example, embroidery numbers). In order to continue, the confirmation of the "Revocation instruction" as well as "AGB" is required. Note: Our bank details will be sent to you as an e-mail together with the order confirmation after successful order.

Pay with order
In this window you will see a summary of your selection as well as your entered data. If you make the button "pay with order", your order will be completed. If you want to cancel the purchase please go back with the browser or close the page. Note: If you choose "PayPal", you will be transferred to your PayPal account.

Order confirmation
After successful completion of your order, you will automatically receive the order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive a message, please let us know via contact or e-mail. Also check your spam folder for security reasons. Sometimes mailbox settings block our mails.
